Peridium Powder Coatings are manufactured in a new state-of-the-art facility located in Orange City, Iowa. The process utilizes fourth generation German and Swiss premixing, extruding and grinding equipment, which was the first of its kind in the United States. This newly developed equipment offers greater production control and efficiency.
The tight production control is verified using a computer-aided laser defraction unit that measures powder particle size and particle distribution. Tightly controlled particle size distribution, centered on a smaller average particle size has proven to produce excellent first pass transfer efficiency and electrostatic wrap for the powder coatings end user.
Peridium Powder Coatings are available in a wide variety of colors, glosses, finishes and chemistries. Many of the extremely high glosses available can only be produced with the latest in manufacturing equipment.
Peridium Powder Coatings are currently offered in Epoxy, Epoxy-Polyester Hybrids, TGIC Polyester and Urethane Polyester formulas.
